I didn't plan on immersing myself in people operations. It happened organically over several decades. My high energy and love for tackling multiple projects simultaneously led me naturally to small businesses and startups. The rapid pace. The constant problem-solving. The "all hands on deck" moments.
That's where I see the most opportunity to build something sustainable. Not just for you, but with you.
Here's what makes me effective in those environments. Working with growing businesses gives me the best of both worlds. Strategic thinking paired with hands-on implementation. I wear multiple hats, work with diverse teams across the entire organization, and address varied challenges. I thrive on a polo team, not in a single swim lane. That collaborative, dynamic environment is where I excel.

The Meaning Behind Kenazik
Kenazik comes from Kenaz—the ancient Norse rune of the torch. In Norse tradition, Kenaz represents knowledge, illumination, and the controlled flame that reveals what was hidden in darkness.
It's the fire of the craftsman and teacher. A steady torch used to light the way for others and transform through shared wisdom.
Kenazik means "of the torch"—of illumination and shared knowledge.
